CarbyOS, our proprietary EHR platform unites the best of AI-powered technology and consumer-driven healthcare for an exceptional provider experience.What You'll DoManage a panel of patients towards evidence-based clinical quality targetsLead day-to-day operations with your team of medical assistants and support staffWork collaboratively with Central Support RN team to follow up on patient resultsSupervise and teach advanced practice cliniciansProvide input and implement care programs, pathways, and new product enhancementsProvide excellent preventive, proactive, compassionate, evidence-based primary careConduct patient evaluations both in-clinic and virtuallyOpportunity to advance into a leadership roleAbout YouState licensed physician and board certified physician (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal MedicinePrimary care procedural skills including but not limited to skin biopsies, skin tag removal, wart treatment, joint injections, IUD insertion and removalPassion for relationship-driven, human-centered primary careAbility to connect and deliver care to patients of all backgroundsCommitment to lifelong learning of evidence-based medicineAbility to learn and use technology to manage the patient careDesire to provide input to build a new and exciting model for healthcare deliveryAbility to promote a respectful, transparent, positive team environmentSalary range of $240,000/yr - $270,000/yr with an additional wRVU/Quality incentive bonus potential up to 18% of yearly salary that is paid out quarterly for a competitive overall compensation package. Offers are based on a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
