Clinical CoordinatorMelmark OverviewMelmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders.Clinical Coordinator OverviewThe Clinical Coordinator is responsible for implementing Melmark New Englands Behavior Intervention Strategies and providing direct clinical oversight for a residential caseload of up to 16 students across two residences. This role ensures high standards of clinical excellence through functional assessments, behavior support planning, crisis management, and staff training. The Clinical Coordinator will actively oversee program implementation in both school and residential settings, requiring weekly presence across sites.
