Synergy Management Group (SMG) is seeking an experienced, SEC/FINRA-licensed investment banker to lead our $500K-$1M angel-stage capital raise. We are replacing a previously received unsolicited $500K SAFE term sheet submitted by an accredited investor who completed full due diligence. This is a fast-moving, validated raise ideal for a top-tier fundraiser with strong HNW relationships and immediate availability.Responsibilities:

• Lead investor outreach, capital raise execution, and closing.
• Target accredited angel investors and negotiate deal terms.
• Work directly with the CEO to manage full fundraising lifecycle.
• Replace the unsolicited term sheet with a more strategically aligned investor.Requirements:
• Active SEC/FINRA licenses in good standing.
• Proven track record raising $500K-$5M+ for early-stage ventures.
• Extensive HNW investor network and fast execution capability.
