Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Advance Systems Engineer specializing in Integration, Test and Evaluation for the Autonomous Maritimes Platforms Business to join a highly skilled cross-functional team responsible for the development, implementation, and testing of the next generation advanced autonomous systems. You will lead a team through system level verification and operational testing to satisfy requirements and deliver capability to our nation's military.We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:

• Strong background in the Undersea Domain and Systems engineer process, concepts, and principles
• Experience leading teams of 5-10 engineers through large scale system requirements derivation, test and evaluation
• Proficient across common Military Standards (MIL-STD) for validating and verifying system readiness on naval platforms
• Managing engineering resources (e.g. staff assignments, capital equipment, etc.), organizational interfaces, and engineering scopeWhat sets you apart:
