Job Description:

Our client, an inventory distributer in Randolph, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is fully onsite role, with hours 8am-4pm, and it is compensating up to $27 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
Find, grow, and manage accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service
Make daily outbound calls and schedule appointments
Data entry into CRM database and inbox management
Prepare necessary quotes for respective territory
Collaborate with manager daily
Personalized emails to prospects and customers to generate leads/appointments/revenue


Qualifications:
1 Year of outbound calls/sales experience
Sales, account management, and customer service skills
Comfortable with making outbound dials daily
Customer satisfaction and relationship building abilities
Experience in maintaining customer relationships and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
