Job Description:
Your ImpactThe Employee Experience Program Manager will play a
key role on the Culture team by elevating Axon's workplace culture
and employee engagement. This person will focus on broader Employee
Experience initiatives, as well as Axon Aid, the social
responsibility arm of our business (). Our team drives company
culture with strategic events, consistent messaging, and employee
service. We focus on empowering our employees and supporting public
safety. For example, this team led our multi-million dollar COVID
response, which included efforts to ship PPE to public safety in
over 6 countries at the start of the pandemic. You will have the
opportunity to help people in a number of ways, and tackle new
problems as they arise.
What You'll DoLocation: Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ or hybrid in
Boston, MA (3 days / week)
Reports to: Senior Director of Culture
- Own Axon Aid philanthropic initiatives, including: the Axon Aid
memorial fund, employee volunteerism and special events.
- Utilize strong program and partnership management skills to
manage a fast paced and growing partner portfolio.
- Play a key role in crafting program communications, marketing
and thought leadership opportunities. Responsibilities span across:
managing Axon Aid email lists and external partners, messaging
volunteer impact, etc.
- Craft internal messaging that fosters engagement and enthusiasm
for programs.
- Integrate value-add employee engagement opportunities to grow a
culture of service and philanthropic impact.
- Execute and operationalize strategies and initiatives created
by team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
and priorities.
- Support employee experience initiatives - whether that be
virtual or in person events and programs.
- Enhance and scale existing programs by implementing automation
strategies to reduce manual effort and drive optimized
outcomes.What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in program management; knowledge about impact
measurement.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing high-impact
programs and partnerships
- High-level organizational and project management skills; adept
at planning and executing all aspects of program events.
- Results-oriented, with unquestionable commitment to high
quality work.
- Collaborative and strong team player, a true problem solver
with a build to scale mentality.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work in a
self-directed fashion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that can be
