Job Description:
Join us in this role where you'll be the point of contact for
administrative tasks related to activities in our Region Americas
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental team.Welcome to
QHSEYou'll be part of the QHSE team where you, together with your
colleagues, will support the management of QHSE for our renewable
projects across Region Americas. As a team, we provide high
business value by protecting people and the environment and by
driving high quality through a caring culture, process excellence,
and best-in-class QHSE performance.You'll play an important role
in:
- Managing calendar planning, updating SharePoint and team sites,
booking travels, planning events, proofreading, and providing
additional ad hoc assistance.
- Handling time registration, expense reports, PO facilitation,
and PPE orders, as well as managing other SAP-related tasks.
- Coordinating and attending meetings, i.e., preparing inputs and
ensuring they're delivered on time and to the right standard, as
well as preparing presentations, documents, and reports for
meetings.
- Developing and maintaining standardized documentation,
reporting templates, and process workflows to improve efficiency
and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Supporting project planning by ensuring tasks are structured,
deadlines are met, and project documentation is organized.
- Conducting data collection and analysis to support QHSE
initiatives, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.To
succeed in the role, you:
- Demonstrate a high level of experience as a coordinator,
project lead, or assistant to members of a leadership or management
team.
- Are experienced in document control, trend analysis, and the
presentation of QHSE data.
- Are proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and
other project management tools.
- Have experience in implementing performance metrics and
tracking mechanisms to support QHSE initiatives.
- Can build strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, handle confidential information, gain a thorough
understanding of the business and its main objectives, and see the
whole picture while managing day-to-day tasks.
- Possess strong behavioral competencies such as planning and
aligning work, ensuring accountability, and communicating
effectively in a variety of settings.Maybe you've read the above
