REAL ESTATE REITS & M&A ASSOCIATE (2374)DescriptionOur client seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their public REITs and real estate M&A legal practice, focusing on capital markets and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with public company practice, including equity and debt capital markets transactions, M&A, and advising listed companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and securities law matters. While prior experience with public REITs is a plus, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly), and a deal sheet.
