Our Accelerated Development Programme has enabled thousands of talented individuals to launch successful careers.In 2024, Grayce expanded into the US Market and is focused on building our existing UK customer relationships with presence in the US as well bolstering our US client portfolio with new clients.As Business Development Executive, you will help to drive Grayce's growth in the US by supporting growth in key existing customers that sit in our International Division and identifying and engaging with potential clients.Reporting to the Vice President of US Operations and working closely with the International Division team, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, creation, and execution of lead generation strategies.Why Grayce?Opportunity:Grayce is significantly investing in our US operation. Your role will include scope to engage with white space areas in existing Fortune500 clients, alongside successful engagement and onboarding of new clients. Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target clients.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information, addressing queries, and building trust.
  • Assess the needs and fit of potential clients to determine potential fit.
  • Achieve monthly targets, developed and set together with CRO and Marketing Director (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the new business and marketing team to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in Salesforce.
  • Own and manage CRM data lists including but not limited to new targets and clients.
  • Own the client movers process, sharing up to date information and outreach with wider sales teams about contacts in new roles.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the Marketing and new business Team. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain relationships within the wider team, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support lead generation activity.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct new client meetings across identified existing customers and potential new clients, coordinate the scheduling of meetings and partner with the wider US, Sales and Delivery teams to successfully conduct these meetings

      • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
