About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 13The Team:Risk & Valuations Services (RVS) is a business line within S&P Global's Market Intelligence division. RVS powers global markets by bringing together differentiated data, valuations, analytics and deep market expertise to help our customers stay ahead of the competition, pinpoint risk exposures, price assets, and create transparency to drive strategic decisions in an unpredictable market environment.The Business Growth Enablement specialist will join RVS's Strategic Growth Initiatives function within the Growth, Business Development, and Operations function. This team provides critical support, advisory and operations services to business and functional leaders on financial performance, competitive business and client intelligence, product portfolio management and complex cross-product, cross-functional, commercial and revenue synergy initiatives.Responsibilities and Impact:
- Pricing, Contracts, and Billing Process Improvements
- Commercial/rate card reviews and simplifications
- Pricing policies
- Product codes
- Representing RVS's requirements for Project Cumulus and Project Sunrise
- Sales Enablement
- Processes for maintaining marketing collateral and documentation to support business development and sales
- Increase transparency around RVS product portfolio, product innovation pipeline/roadmap, liaise among sales, BD, and Product around roadmap feedback
- Business/Client Intelligence
- Central MIS to drive transparency for RVS Leadership team, Business Development leads, and Sales
- Customer analytics and insights (client support KPIs, client engagement, revenue performance, renewals planning) and drive recommendations that result from findings
- Customer segmentation and sizingCompensation/Benefits

range for this position is $124,192 to $190,000. Final base salary
for this role will be based on the individual's geographic
location, as well as experience level, skill set, training,
licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this
role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible

We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
- Lead operationalization of cross-RVS revenue growth initiatives
- Partner with Business Development leaders to support growth initiatives and opportunities to drive revenue
- Coordinate stakeholders and a variety of team members across functions to execute on cross-product projects, strategic and business growth initiatives
- Assess client support and business development processes,
identify opportunities for efficiencies, implement improvements to
existing processes and new processes where there are gapsRight to
