Purpose:

To provide technical laboratory research support advancing the development of our growing pipeline of product candidates.



Essential Functions:

Work with research scientists to plan and perform lab-based studies to support various projects.
Assist and independently perform dosing (sc, iv, etc..) in rodents (mouse and rat).
Assist and independently perform rodent handling, necropsy, plasma and tissue collection.
Experience in basic molecular biology techniques required, including RNA extraction from tissue samples, developing and performing RT-qPCR assays, and troubleshooting.
Analyse rodent and/or non-human primates' blood and tissues samples using research-based molecular biology methods.
Efficiently and transparently communicate learnings, knowledge and skills to promote cross-functional teamwork.
Support research scientist in report writing, data QC and any administrative tasks.
Other desirable skills include: ELISA, gel shift assay (EMSA).



Physical Requirements:

No overnight travel required.
Works with animal blood and tissue; works in a laboratory environment that may include hazardous chemicals and blood borne pathogens.
Lab exposure may include hazardous chemicals and blood-borne pathogens.



Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience working in a team environment required, industry (CRO, pharmaceutical, bio-tech) experience is preferred.
Strong analytical skills for integrating and interpreting interdisciplinary data.
Experience with study data and report QC is a plus.

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00- $48.37 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
