more secure world. - Raytheon's Ground Radars & Platforms Center
within Systems Integration & Test is seeking Engineers to support
Patriot programs. Every day is a different set of challenges to
overcome. Whether in hardware, software, networking, or some
combination of all three, you'll be stretched to learn about how
our systems work and identify the sources of new and unexpected
issues through lots of troubleshooting and data analysis. You'll be
expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement
solutions. In this role, you'll get to know a little bit about
every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all
work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration
and test efforts across the program. What You Will Do
- Integrate hardware or software into a tactical system, and
evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes
- Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through
debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis
- Lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Develop integration documentation, execute plans and
procedures, process and analyze data, and communicate results
- Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance
data
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or
Customers
- Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Travel to support mission execution at applicable facility,
test site, vendor, and/or customer location, expected travel is
10%. Qualifications You Must Have -
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10
years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with software, hardware, systems, and/or integration
& test.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security
clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is
required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance. Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in
the field, supporting integration and/or verification.
- Experience with design, development, integration and test of
radar systems and software.
- Experience with digital beamforming, multi-sensor track
management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter
mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect,
sensor resource management and mission planning.
- Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective
action implementation and verification.
- Experience with test planning, test execution and test
reporting.
- Experience using DOORS or other requirements management
tools.
- Experience support test events with radar systems, weapons
systems, or command and control systems. What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may
