Position Summary & Role
The Scientist II Cell Line Development is responsible for mammalian
cell line culture and cell line development, construct development,
cell line characterization and stability testing, single cell
cloning, as well as optimization of assays for the Biologics,
Vaccines and Gene Therapy modalities. The Scientist II should also
possess knowledge and experience with viral cell line transfection
and engineering, including AAV or LVV stable gene incorporation,
scientific principles and concepts in fields of cell biology,
protein expression, molecular biology, stable and transient
transfections, clone screening, small scale bioreactors, and DNA
PCR. The Scientist II will be responsible for executing
experimental approaches necessary to implement corporate strategy.
Experience with microbial expression is desirable.

this position is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year. Actual base
pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not
