Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain desktop applications

- Guide and support junior engineers as they begin their careers with our team.

- Gain deep technical expertise in one of our software platforms.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Architects, Functional Area Owners, and other teams to develop effective solutions.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies to enhance our software architecture.

- Optimize the performance of existing software applications.

- Test applications before manufacturing

- Write desktop applications using .NET

- Must be well versed in WPF

- Troubleshoot and resolve challenging software issues using a comprehensive understanding of various technologies.

- Implement solutions, along with unit and integration tests, while working with multiple developers.

- Define customer requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Develop system and software design documentation.

- Work alongside senior engineers to review and refine solutions.

- Address technical issues, resolve reported bugs, and troubleshoot field problems efficiently.

- Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and deliver functional software solutions.

- Provide feedback and guidance through code reviews and participate in technical discussions.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering or Software Engineering

- Minimum GPA of 3.0 for all degrees earned

- 6+ years of .NET -

- 6+ years of C# -

- 6+ years of WPF

- Candidate must have a commitment to industry best demonstrated practices, source code control, architecture, coding structure, and unit/system testing -
