We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in AEM and Adobe AEM specifically within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and enhancement of our insurance solutions.   • Develop and maintain AEM-based solutions to meet the needs of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure that all AEM components are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that all solutions are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AEM and Adobe AEM technologies and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.Qualifications
    • Possess extensive experience in AEM and Adobe AEM with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
    • Have a deep understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain and its specific requirements.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
    • Show proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Have experience with version control systems such as Git.
    • Display a strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
    • Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
    • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
    • Have experience with agile development methodologies.
    • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
