Senior Salesforce Developer page is loadedSenior Salesforce DeveloperApply locations Boston, MA (Main Campus) time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R132519About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Enrollment Management team and contribute to the development, administration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. Reporting to the Director of Salesforce Solutions and Architecture, this role is instrumental in supporting key operations across multiple departments within Enrollment Management and Marketing. The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a critical role managing the Enrollment Agreement process by working collaboratively with campus representatives, supporting data loading activities, and generating reports as requested by the compliance group.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and offshore development team, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Manage and customize user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Collaborate with business users to analyze current processes, identify challenges, and gather user requirements.
  • Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation and system optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Generate and deliver reports, dashboards, and data insights to support compliance and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant enhancements.Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
    • Experience:
      • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II are strongly preferred.
      • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
      • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience including:
        • Lightning Component Development
        • Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers
        • SOQL/SOSL
        • Reports and Dashboards
        • Experience with third-party tools like Conga Composer, Informatica Cloud and Kafka is a plus.
        • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
        • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
        • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
