Job description: Job Summary
The Human Resource (HR) Generalist will play a key role in
supporting Vicor's HR team and be a trusted resource for business
leaders and employees. The ideal candidate will have a broad
understanding of HR functions and best practices. The HR Generalist
will partner closely with leadership teams to ensure HR programs
and initiatives are aligned with company objectives and
culture.
This position is 100% on-site.
Job Description
--- Talent Development & Engagement: Assist managers in performance
management helping to drive the annual performance appraisal
process as well as managing day to day performance challenges.
--- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for
employees and managers, handling inquiries and resolving issues
related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace
concerns. Escalate or direct employees, as needed. Keeping detailed
notes and records
--- Recruiting: Performs full life cycle recruitment for exempt,
non-exempt and co-op employees.
--- HR Metrics & Reporting: Use HR analytics to provide insights
into workforce trends, employee satisfaction, and other key
performance indicators to drive decision-making. Support
Affirmative Action in collecting data, analyzing themes, and
managing talent tracking.
--- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with all federal,
state, and local employment laws and regulations. Administer and
enforce company policies, updating as necessary to align with
regulatory changes.
--- Training & Development: Assist in the design and delivery of
training programs.
Education / Qualifications
--- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field.
--- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on
performance management and employee relations
--- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Professional Certification a plus.
--- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective
relationships with all levels of the organization.
--- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict
resolution skills.
--- Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
--- A highly organized, flexible and good multi-tasker who can meet
challenging deadlines
--- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
professionalism.
--- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP) and
Microsoft Office Suite.
--- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Compensation Data
Salary Range:
$88,480.00 $110,600.00 $143,780.00
Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay
structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety
of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well
as company internal equity,
