Job Description:

Weiss Asset Management (WAM), a Boston-based investment firm, is seeking a highly intelligent and self-motivated Technical Recruiter to join our People Operations team. This individual will play a key role in hiring top-tier talent for technical positions during a period of rapid growth, supporting all aspects of the hiring process. A successful candidate will have strong organization, communication, and critical thinking skills and should thrive in a fast-paced environment.1-5 years of technical recruiting experience is required.Responsibilities:

• Own lateral hiring for technical roles, managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring teams and other stakeholders to assess staffing needs, advise on hiring strategies, and provide critical feedback to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Design and implement structured hiring processes, including sourcing strategies, interview plans, and role specifications.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by keeping candidates engaged and moving efficiently through the process.
• Source and recruit technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound strategies.
