And our niche is to provide great value, exceptional customer service and education to make customers confident in their decision to do their own repairs.Overview of Channel AnalystChannel Analyst is a key member of the company's marketplaces team and will work on projects that improve 1A Auto's performance on marketplace channels (eBay, Amazon, Walmart). The channel analyst position combines the use of data-driven analysis with industry best practices to deliver sustainable growth in key marketplaces. The company will provide training on its software and processes.General Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize e-commerce channel performance
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase visibility and improve product rankings
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, account health, and customer reviews
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
• Manage product listings including content creation, keyword optimization, and pricing strategies
• Stay up to date with latest industry trends, best practices, and changes in e-commerce algorithms and policies
• Provide regular reports to management on e-commerce channel performance and recommendations for improvementQualifications and Requirements
  • Associate's Degree; or two+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Automotive experience and ecommerce experience a plus
