Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Delivery Manager to lead
strategy and decision-making for the Delivery team across assigned
contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation
strategies for program execution
Lead cross-functional teams through process improvement initiatives
to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Mentor and develop program team members, fostering a culture of
productivity and professional growth
Required Qualifications
BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering,
or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in program management with a track record of
delivering complex projects
5+ years in direct client-facing roles such as business development
or account management
2+ years of supervisory experience managing team goals and group
delivery
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g.,
Agile, PMP)
