Job Description:
Who we are looking forThe role is an application development
lead that will be part of the GTS Compliance Technology team
working on regulatory applications, including the Know Your
Customer (KYC) application. The role will require a strong
technical background. The candidate will need to be familiar with
application architecture, data architecture and AWS Cloud
technologies. The candidate must have significant experience
working on large time sensitive development projects.What you will
be responsible for
- Work with key stakeholders to design technical solutions for
complex requirements and lead from inception to production
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the
completion of specific projects while ensuring they are completed
on time, on budget and within scope
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be
accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing
technology
- Use data and analytical skills to conduct assessments and
utilize data management metrics and insights to influence
decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams that include businesses,
developers, and testers
- Interact with third-party vendors on solution
implementation
- Advocate best practices and improved team processesWhat we

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering,
Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 7 years experience in in technical/application
development roles
- Strong working knowledge of financial services and regulatory
domain
- Knowledge of AWS and other cloud technologies
- Experience with agile development methodology
- Experience in data analysis with Excel, SQL, BI toolsAre you
