Job Description:

Role OverviewThe Growth Director will lead new business growth, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and an ambassador for our agency. You will identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate across departments to drive revenue.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales growth strategies
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
  • Lead successful pitch presentations and close deals
  • Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales activities
  • Implement effective lead generation and qualification strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure client success
  • Optimize growth strategies using data analytics and performance metrics
  • Enhance agency reputation through thought leadership activitiesQualifications:
  • 8+ years in marketing, business development, or related field
  • 3+ years in quota-carrying leadership positions
  • Proven track record of driving significant business growth in a marketing agency or professional services firm
  • Demonstrated expertise in new business development, client relationship management, and sales presentations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex client needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Strategic vision combined with tactical execution capabilities
  • Deep understanding of the marketing, PR, and communications industryPreferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with GTM, positioning, creative direction or production oversight
  • Background in B2B marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
