Job Description:
Role OverviewThe Growth Director will lead new business growth,
acting as a strategic advisor to clients and an ambassador for our
agency. You will identify and capitalize on growth opportunities,
develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate across
departments to drive revenue.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales growth strategies
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Lead successful pitch presentations and close deals
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales activities
- Implement effective lead generation and qualification
strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure
client success
- Optimize growth strategies using data analytics and performance
metrics
- Enhance agency reputation through thought leadership
activitiesQualifications:
- 8+ years in marketing, business development, or related
field
- 3+ years in quota-carrying leadership positions
- Proven track record of driving significant business growth in a
marketing agency or professional services firm
- Demonstrated expertise in new business development, client
relationship management, and sales presentations
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex client needs and translate them
into effective solutions
- Strategic vision combined with tactical execution
capabilities
- Deep understanding of the marketing, PR, and communications
industryPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GTM, positioning, creative direction or
production oversight
- Background in B2B marketing strategy and execution
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in modern martech and sales enablement platforms
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales
