About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Account Manager to drive
sales growth and manage customer relationships within the ERP
solutions market. This role demands a proactive individual with
proven experience in ERP software sales and account management.
Prior experience with Infor ERP is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high
levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering
expert advice on ERP solutions and business needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ERP
solutions, expanding the company's footprint within existing
accounts.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for ERP solutions by
identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive expansion
within assigned accounts.
Manage both direct customer relationships and channel partner
collaborations to maximize revenue potential.
Maintain a deep understanding of ERP solutions and stay informed on
market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs
to tailor sales strategies.
Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and
strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience in ERP software sales and account management,
preferably with Infor ERP.
Strong knowledge of ERP solutions, SaaS-based ERP platforms, and
business process management.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and account management best
practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with
internal teams to achieve business goals.
