This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees.In 2020, ESFM (formerly Eurest Services) won the George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).Job SummaryWorking as the Facilities Operations Manager, Hard Services, you will be responsible for organizing and directing programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment and provide a safe, clean and efficient operation. You will do this through the appropriate utilization of resources and delegation of responsibility.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the safety of all operating equipment within the facility
• Project management experience
• Develops training plans and supervises technicians' work skills
• Monitors all work orders to ensure accuracy, completion, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Handles the procurement of all repair parts for routine, preventative, and emergency repairs
• Develops and/or maintains a preventative maintenance schedule for all buildings and equipment
• Maintains the departmental budget with focus on parts, supplies and labor management
• Performs other duties as assignedQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Lab experience & project management experience required
  • Good working knowledge of all aspects of plant maintenance to include but not limited to; Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Compressed Air, Mechanical Equipment
  • Must be capable of reading technical schematics and blueprints
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
