• Own Talent Acquisition - Take full responsibility for hiring across the UK and Europe, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment process.
• Review & Optimise - Continuously refine our hiring strategy, improve the candidate journey, and enhance the interview experience.
• Manage End-to-End Hiring - Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to interviews, while managing stakeholders, timelines, and expectations.
• Enhance Candidate Experience - Ensure every candidate has a standout experience from first contact to final decision, reinforcing our employer brand.
• Partner with Stakeholders - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on best practices.
• HR Administration & Record-Keeping - Maintain accurate recruitment records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Be Hands-On - Roll up your sleeves and be a proactive, operational member of the team.
• Future Growth in HR - Get involved in wider HR projects like onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and employee experience.What You'll Bring
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in FinTech or tech.
  • Process Optimisation Mindset - Passion for refining hiring processes and creating a smooth, efficient experience.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management - Ability to work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-quality hires.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail - Comfortable juggling multiple roles while keeping meticulous records.
  • Hands-On & Proactive Approach - Ready to take ownership and get stuck in across all aspects of hiring and HR.
  • HR & Payroll Knowledge - Understanding of European labour laws, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset - Eager to learn, develop, and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
