The Opportunity:
We are seeking an accomplished, results-driven leader with
exceptional energy, passion, and initiative to oversee and scale
our Inside Sales organisation in AMER. As the Inside Sales Regional
Director, you will focus on Recruitment, Enablement, and Execution
through your leaders, driving growth through strategic leadership
and collaboration while ensuring the continued success of the
Inside Sales team. It is a second-line team-leading role.
You will be instrumental in building high-performing teams,
optimising processes, and aligning sales execution with company
goals to fuel MongoDB's success as the world's fastest-growing
database. Qualified candidates will be based in Toronto, Austin,
New York, Atlanta, or Chicago and work on a flexible, hybrid
schedule.

posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each
candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set,
experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part
of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other
