Job Description:
A national and highly reputable firm with a specialization in
healthcare and health sciences is seeking an experienced Project
Manager to oversee the organization of complex and key client
projects.Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of small to midsize projects, ensuring
successful delivery.
- Act as the central point of communication for clients, project
teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Develop project scopes, estimate design fees, obtain consultant
proposals, and draft comprehensive proposals and contracts for
review by senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients and consultants,
ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with
client satisfaction as a priority.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, meeting records,
documentation, client communications, and team assignments
efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and oversee the development of
project documents for various sizes and scopes.
- Maintain quality control for all design deliverables.
- Lead project teams to execute assignments in the most efficient
and cost-effective manner.
- Collaborate with other project managers to allocate and oversee
staffing needs effectively.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced technical team
members.Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience
- Proficient in tools like Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (including
MS Project), Deltek, and NewForma; experience with Revit is a
plus
- Architectural licensure is a bonus but not mandatory
- Experience managing complex life science or healthcare
