Job Description:

A national and highly reputable firm with a specialization in healthcare and health sciences is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the organization of complex and key client projects.Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of small to midsize projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Act as the central point of communication for clients, project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, estimate design fees, obtain consultant proposals, and draft comprehensive proposals and contracts for review by senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with client satisfaction as a priority.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, meeting records, documentation, client communications, and team assignments efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee the development of project documents for various sizes and scopes.
• Maintain quality control for all design deliverables.
• Lead project teams to execute assignments in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Collaborate with other project managers to allocate and oversee staffing needs effectively.
• Mentor and supervise less experienced technical team members.Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of experience
• Proficient in tools like Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (including MS Project), Deltek, and NewForma; experience with Revit is a plus
• Architectural licensure is a bonus but not mandatory
