for a driven, strategic, and sharp-witted Account Manager to be the
face and voice of Topsort's cutting-edge retail media APIs and
products.In this role, you won't just be managing accounts-you'll
be shaping the future of retail advertising by working alongside
some of the biggest retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps in
North America.Your mission? To drive sales, build lasting
partnerships, and fuel growth in a fast-moving, high-impact
environment.Key Obligations
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,
long-term relationships with key clients in the retail media
sector. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client
needs and expectations are met.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through onboarding,
ensuring they understand and effectively use the software. Provide
ongoing training and support to maximize platform adoption.
- Upselling & Revenue Growth: Analyze client needs to identify
upsell opportunities. Develop and present proposals that
demonstrate value, set and achieve revenue targets, and drive
increased ad spend and account growth.
- Strategic Advising: Act as a trusted advisor, providing
insights and recommendations to optimize clients' retail media
campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends to offer value-driven
advice.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns proactively,
collaborating with internal teams (data science, product, sales) to
resolve issues efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales,
marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client success.
Share best practices with the global account management
team.Requirements
- Education & Skills: Bachelor's degree or MBA, preferably with a
technical background. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Retail Media Expertise: Proven experience in account management
within retail media or advertising. Familiarity with relevant
technologies.
- Sales & Strategy: Ability to identify and pursue upselling
opportunities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Independent and team-oriented, with
strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with technical solutions
and translating technical capabilities into retailer-friendly
language.These responsibilities and skills ensure the Account
Manager can effectively support and grow the company's presence in
the local market, drive client success, and contribute to the
