Director of Global ForecastingBoston, MA (Hybrid; must be on-site 3x a week)I am partnered with a large biotech company looking for a strategic leader to join their Insights & Analytics team to lead the development of forecast models for both inline and pipeline Neurology products and leverage insights to identify areas of opportunity. This role will be responsible for partnering with Commercial Leadership to deliver actionable insights in support of brand strategy.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key strategic partner to Brand team leadership in critical activities such as brand planning, performance reviews, new product launches, and evaluation of new initiatives.
• Define, track, and report on brand performance metrics to support overall commercial strategy
• Collaborate with data management to ensure insights are distilled from high-quality data
• Support cross-functional partners by providing context and forecasting insights to ensure strategic alignment.
• Utilize predictive analytics and AI/ML models to identify opportunities or threatsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years of direct industry or consulting experience in the Pharma / Biotech / Healthcare industry
  • Prior experience in a global strategic forecasting role
  • Ability to work with and present to senior executives
  • Experience in global markets; understanding of local market dynamics and data sources
  • Proficiency in forecast modeling platforms
  • Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, R, etc.)
  • Excel proficiency is required
  • Experience using secondary data
