actively seeking an EDI Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid
role located in Dedham, MA.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all EDI systems, and the efficacy of data
exchanged within partner and customer integrations.
- Responsible for mentoring and the prioritization of all
self-assigned or delegated daily and project work.
- Responsible for overall quality of team's output, including
diagnosing and correcting root processes or procedural problems
contributing to any quality issues.
- Responsible for communicating systems issues/impacts with
business users, vendors and customers.
- Provide root cause analysis of errors and error trends in order
to minimize continuous impacts on systems and customers.
- Address and resolve inbound and outbound EDI document errors in
a prioritized and timely manner to meet business SLAs.
- Manage EDI vendor, VAN and Customer EDI relationships to ensure
up-to-date and customer satisfaction.
- Drive increased use and efficiency through process and system
automation.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to provide world
class customer experience.Education and/or Work Experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Four to six years of equivalent experience will be considered in
lieu of degree
- Experience with MS 365 Dynamics a plus
- Experience managing SPS commerce, Fulfillment and DMEDI is
required
- Experience managing and maintaining EDI purchasing portals, GHX
a plus
- Possesses a thorough understanding of EDI transaction sets,
mapping specifications and understanding of the technical landscape
of EDI communications.
- 4 to 7 years of EDI network experience including managing
team(s) responsible for EDI platform uptime and efficiency.Physical
Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job
functions consistent with federal, state and local standards,
including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to > 10 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.AliMed is an
