We work tirelessly to foster a working environment where the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and identities of our staff members are valued.OPPORTUNITYThe Temporary, Part-Time Director, Partnership Success is responsible for ensuring the long-term success and revenue retention of client engagements by developing and executing strategies for sustained partnerships and coordinating internal teams for exceptional service delivery. They will secure new partnerships, meet annual revenue targets, act as a brand ambassador, and build trusted relationships with partners to maximize ANet's value proposition. Additionally, they will lead internal growth initiatives, improve systems, and track key account metrics. The Director will report to the Managing Director, Partnership Success. While this is a part-time position, there is potential for this role to transition to full-time, be extended beyond the estimated end date, or become a permanent position based on business needs and performance.TRAVELMonthly travel may be required.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client management and revenue retention
  • Ensure the long-term success of a portfolio of client engagements and ensure high net revenue retention each year.
  • Identify and execute strategies that lead to the long-term sustainability of the partnership; specifically, hold the primary responsibility for retaining the overall earned revenue value of the engagement.
  • Coordinate all internal project team members to ensure exceptional execution of ANet's services that lead to direct impact on student learning.
  • Ensure outstanding internal communication to position colleagues for success by equipping them with all relevant context.
  • Constantly identify opportunities to demonstrate ANet's full value proposition by helping our partners derive the maximum benefit from our partnership via actionable insights and evidence of impact.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including the monitoring and analysis of partners' product usage and service experience.
  • New partnerships and revenue targets
    • Secure new partnerships within geography and hit annual earned revenue targets.
    • Meet targets for securing partnerships with new partners of -$500,000 annually or proportional to your allocation on sales.
    • Lead ANet's efforts to elevate its total value proposition with multiple stakeholders, including district, CMO and/or state education agency leaders, regional funders and other K-12 influencers.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of ANet's suite of products and services and communicate their value in a way that resonates with various audiences.
    • Immediately activate on any inbound leads that correspond to your geography.
    • Navigate the sales process from initial outreach/lead generation all the way through securing commitments, price negotiations and contracting.
    • Brand Ambassadorship
      • Serve as a primary brand ambassador for ANet within your geography.
      • Maintain an active presence at local/regional events and establish yourself as a known thought leader within your geography.
      • Identify opportunities to connect stakeholders with ANet colleagues who can help you maximize our value via specific product or service expertise.
      • Understand the drivers of success for a school system and how those impact vision, priorities, budgets, and academic strategy.
      • Work cross-functionally to develop tailored, partner-centered proposals that set up ANet teams for the successful execution of excellent service to our partners.
      • Demonstrate expertise in ANet's products, services, pricing, and position in the market to clearly communicate ANet's value proposition and influence decision-making at the system and school levels.SKILLS & COMPETENCIESTo be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
        • A minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management and/or direct service for schools and/or systems.
        • Track record of success in client management, partnership development and/or revenue growth.
        • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
        • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
        • Deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape and factors influencing school system success.WHAT WE OFFERThis is a temporary, part-time, exempt position requiring up to 30 hours per week for approximately 3-4 months. There is potential for this role to transition to full-time, be extended beyond the estimated end date, or become permanent based on business needs and performance.The salary range for this role is $74,358 - $111,537 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The salary will be prorated according to the temporary, part-time status.
