We're looking for an individual with a passion for people, process,
and technology to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) within
our Customer Success Center of Excellence. This individual will
build the framework upon which our global project management
practice is built, in addition to driving change management
initiatives that unify our internal teams and bring the customer to
the center of everything that we do. Through cross-functional
collaboration, and a keen eye for design-centered execution, this
role will drive project impact and lead the design and
implementation of highly effective change and communication
strategies.
This role can be based out of our Boston office or remotely in the
Eastern region.

posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each
candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set,
experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part
of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other
benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation
in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20
