JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies to enhance clients brand image, increase market visibility, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including:

- Social Media: Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring conversations, and analyzing performance.

- Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and other relevant content to attract and engage target audiences.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, and track SEO performance.

- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer communications.

- Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing.

Corporate Communications:

- Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.

- Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.

- Manage media inquiries and coordinate media interviews.

- Monitor media coverage and analyze media sentiment.

- Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.

- Contribute to the development of corporate communications materials, such as brochures, presentations, and annual reports.

- Support internal events such as training, employee events, or other corporate events.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Use data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

- Prepare regular reports for management on marketing performance and key metrics.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to achieve marketing objectives.

- Experience following PM Standards, such as building a project plan including task management, communication management, and risk management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing and/or corporate communications.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.

- Proficiency in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Experience with video editing software.

- Experience with Mailchimp and Google ad networks

- Experience in the construction or building materials industry.
