by Honeywell Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Program Financial
Analyst. In this role, you will be a key team member responsible
for program financial planning and analysis, while enhancing value
and visibility to the Program Management Office (PMO). Your efforts
will drive more proactive decision making and improve profitability
of our business while integrating into the cadence and practices of
the larger Honeywell organization. This position is ideal for those

location is Lancaster; candidate could reside in Lansdale or Woburn
however will have to travel upwards of 25% to
Lancaster.ResponsibilitiesYOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivating and maintaining cross functional partnership with
Program Management, Contracts, Procurement, Operations, and
Engineering
- Developing time-phased program baselines to track cost and
schedule for a portfolio of programs
- Forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing key program metrics
(Orders, Sales, Gross Margin, Shipments, Cash) and reporting to
senior leadership on a monthly basis
- Utilizing an Earned Value Management System (EVM) to track,
measure, and analyze program costs, status, and performance
- Developing and analyzing program estimates at complete (EACs)
for Gross Margin adjustments
- Utilizing data collection and reporting systems to provide
weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to support internal and
external customers
- Providing variance analysis and assessing program risks and
opportunities
- Supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic
Plan (LRSP)
- Collaborating on proposal development, fact finding, audits,
and negotiations
- Supporting special projects and Kaizen events focused on
continuous improvement of Finance processes
- Helping to develop standardized Program Finance policies and
procedures
- Mentoring junior-level analyst by reviewing work products,
demonstrating best practices and providing guidance on policies and
proceduresQualificationsHOW TO SUCCEED
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5-7 years' relevant
experience in a finance or accounting role, or Master's Degree and
minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience in a finance or accounting
role
- Microsoft Office proficiency and Intermediate Excel skills
(VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.)
- This position requires access to technology, materials,
software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order
to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under
US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government
export license).
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 8-10 years' relevant
experience in a finance or accounting role, or Master's Degree and
minimum 5-7 years' relevant experience in a finance or accounting
role
- Highest preference for Lancaster, PA location, could work from
Lansdale or Woburn location with the ability to travel to
Lancaster, PA 25%
- Previous Defense Industry experience
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively
interact with Program Managers and across other functional
areas
- Independent self-starter with ability to work with minimal
supervision
- Familiarity with Oracle, IFS, SAP or other ERP systemsWe are

Range: Program Finance Analyst III: $74,331.68 - $111,497.52
annually, and Program Finance Analyst IV: $98,303.64 - $147,455.47.
Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors
including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function
of the position, education, and preferred experience of the
