are we looking for?The Analyst, Customer Analytics will be
responsible for harnessing data from across the organization to
create automated, insightful reports and analyses that reveal key
trends, optimize performance, and drive strategic decision-making.
You'll evaluate processes, use advanced statistical methods, and
develop models to unlock business opportunities, improve customer
experience, and boost sales and retention. Partnering with
cross-functional teams, you'll shape data transformation
initiatives, streamline reporting processes, and deliver impactful
presentations to leadership and the board.ResponsibilitiesHow will
you contribute?
- Access and leverage data from across various areas of the
organization to develop automated, easy to understand reports and
ad hoc analyses that effectively answer questions, identify
patterns and highlight operational metrics.
- Assist with analyzing data to evaluate process effectiveness
and performance across multiple dimensions.
- Help to develop and implement processes that maximize
statistical methods, scenario planning, and model development to
optimize business outcomes.
- Proactively seek out new opportunities to increase sales,
improve retention and enhance the customer experience.
- Build presentations for leadership and board level
meetings.
- Actively participate in data transformation projects, focusing
on automation and standardization.
- Support the development, implementation, testing,
documentation, and ongoing validation of reporting and data
processes in support of organizational KPIs.QualificationsWhat do
you offer?
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Business Statistics,
Applied Mathematics, or related technical field.
- Previous experience working in a customer analytics role.
- Intermediate experience in Excel, including formulas and
VLOOKUP.
- Previous experience using SQL, Python, or a similar tool to
query and analyze data.
- Previous experience using Power BI or Tableau for data
visualization.
- Diverse analytical experience that can be applied across
multiple lines of business or departments.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services
