Job Description:
This Fall 2024, join the AKABA team as a hybrid Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a difference in the lives of
children with Autism!Flexible, hybrid/remote opportunities: we will
work with you to create a sustainable schedule with limited travel
and supported impact. You can start Part time and build to a Full
Time caseload.Welcoming BCBAs residing in Massachusetts,
Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.Must be able to travel
to the Worcester, MA area on an intermittent basis.AKABA welcomes a
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or LABA who has strong leadership skills,
takes initiative, and values working collaboratively with families
and providers.We provide ABA services within the center, home and
community to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum
Disorders.The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or LABA works with the ABA
therapists to implement interventions that help children improve
their behavior at home by enhancing communication skills and
teaching strategies for self-regulation. Our ABA program provides
comprehensive intervention to individuals between the ages of 3-22
primarily during after-school hours.Our team believes in developing
talent and offers opportunities for growth in a diversity of skill
