Job Description:

Title: Animal Technician

Schedule: M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm
Start: ASAP
Location: Boston MA (onsite daily)
Terms: 6 month contract to hire

"MUST HAVES":

Minimum of High School Diploma
Experience with care of Animals (mice and rats)
Minimal animal handling
Willing to consider recent graduates who want to work with animals and in a lab setting!!

"Nice to Haves":

1+ yrs. animal husbandry/care experience
Experience in a research animal care facility

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform animal husbandry tasks
Provide research support services
Will provide food and water to animals
Evaluate animal's health and assess animals for behavioral problems
Provide facility maintenance and sanitation
