Job Title:Senior Industrial Construction Planner (2 Positions)Job Category:Industrial Project Planning / Construction & CAPEX ManagementJob Description:Senior Industrial Construction Planner (2 Positions) - Boston, MA & Surrounding AreasWe are hiring two experienced Senior Industrial Construction Planners to join our team for a high-profile industrial project in Boston, MA, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong background in strategic project planning, cost and CAPEX management, risk mitigation, and execution control within complex industrial environments.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Implement 4D planning and BIM integration for improved project visualization and coordination.
• Oversee cost and CAPEX management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with IFC and DOE regulations and apply Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodologies to optimize project execution.
• Lead the Front-End Loading (FEL) process, guiding the project from early conceptual phases to execution while aligning with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to enhance planning accuracy and execution efficiency.Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial project planning, cost control, and CAPEX management.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, 4D planning, and BIM integration.
  • Strong knowledge of IFC standards, DOE regulations, AWP methodologies, and project cost tracking tools.
  • Experience with Front-End Loading (FEL) methodology for strategic project planning.
