Key Responsibilities
✔️Provide exceptional customer support for on-demand small parcel delivery services
✔️Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
✔️Enter and update order details accurately into our logistics system
✔️Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
✔️Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
✔️Uphold a positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications
🔹Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (logistics experience preferred)
🔹Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
🔹Excellent phone etiquette and data entry skills
🔹Experience with computerized logistics systems (required)
🔹Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (a plus)
🔹Team player with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
