Job Description:

This role is onsite 5 days a week in LOCATIONAbout this RoleThe Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in working with the IC delivery drivers on a day-to-day basis.Responsibilities:

• Identify the orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries using Weee's routing software.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a sufficient driver pool is ready for the business.
• Understand driver performance and provide the necessary support.
• Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting regarding delivery performance for the warehouse.
• Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned.
• Drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if needed.
• Deliver packages if needed.
• Perform basic fleet maintenance.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fleet and warehouse.Qualifications
  • High School degree.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of driving experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Excel, Google Suite, and the ability to handle large amounts of data, create pivot tables, and data visualization to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to deliver packages frequently.
  • Ability to stand for long hours.
  • Ability to work one day on the weekends.
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese preferred.Company Benefits

      • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $19-$25.
      • This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
