All of our roles are hybrid, requiring 4 days onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.Job BriefAs an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to shape and optimize the company's operations to drive efficiency and support growth. Reporting into the Office of the COO, you will leverage a combination of data, AI, collaboration and business acumen to identify, implement and monitor key operational changes to help the company achieve its business objectives.At Advisor360, the Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in making sure the entire business operates at peak velocity. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop innovative ideas around data and AI to contribute to the company's overall growth and success.Here's What You'll Do:

• Connect business objectives to data-driven operational insights allowing leadership to make quick decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and AI tools into existing processes to streamline operations.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize operational data, providing leadership with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into the health of the business.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, time to hire, and employee satisfaction, suggesting improvements where needed.
• Assist in the development and roll-out of new HR initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation across all levels of the organization.Key Business Initiatives:
  • Data Integration: Pull together data from across the business to provide a single actionable view for the extended leadership team.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage modern data platforms and AI insights in innovative ways to define and track operational metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend targeted improvements.
  • Support Growth: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Services to accelerate the growth of numerous products and maximize customer satisfaction across several markets.What You Bring to the Table:
    • 3-4 years of experience working in operations or data analysis in a software company, ideally within the SaaS industry.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and leverage them to optimize outcomes.
    • Experience with AI tools (LLMs, prompt design) and an understanding of how they can be leveraged to analyze data and improve operational efficiency.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and creating insightful reports and dashboards.
    • A solid understanding of operational metrics and KPIs to track and improve business performance.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate complex and detailed information and the desire to be self-directed.
