Senior Business Systems AnalystBoston Trust Walden is seeking a
Senior Business Systems Analyst. This individual will work closely
with other departments and third-party vendors to document business
processes and requirements, analyze data, and implement changes
that meet business and system development needs. The business
systems supported by the team include but are not limited to:
Salesforce, Advent Portfolio Management Suite (APX, Moxy, Rules
Manager, Revenue Center), DocuSign, and OnBase.Key Responsibilities
- Interact with various teams within the organization to elicit,
understand, and document business requirements, processes, and
workflows. Develop both written and visual depictions of
requirements and process flows
- Define system requirements and work with third-party developers
to implement system changes and customization to meet business
requirements
- Participate in the development and execution of QA/user
acceptance testing, creating testing plans and analyzing
results
- Assist with the development and support of change management
materials and processes of multiple core business systems
- Manage and coordinate multiple third-party vendors to support
key business systems
- Help design, validate, and maintain core business systems and
processes
- Manage system releases and feature retirements for multiple
systems
- Provide ongoing production support for existing systems,
processes, and integrations
- Serve as administrator to manage user access and system
permissions consistent with company policy and authorizations
- Conduct training for end users and team members
- Other projects and duties as assignedEducation and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-7+ years applied experience as a Business Analyst engaged in
complex projects
- 3-5+ years of experience in the investment management or
financial service industry
- Strong understanding of investment management platforms and CRM
database
- Skilled at technical writing and presenting specifically with
the ability to formally document requirements, reach agreements
with others, and explain detailed requirements to others as
needed
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple
priorities, and possess exceptional organizational skills
- Proven aptitude to work collaboratively with multiple team
members
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skillsThis is a
full-time position based in Boston, MA. Boston Trust Walden is
currently operating in a hybrid manner with a mix of in-office and
remote work. Specifics are dependent upon team and should be
discussed with the hiring manager.
