skilled Financial Analyst on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This
role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented
team, providing crucial financial insights and supporting strategic
decision-making.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions
within the company.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and
internal controls.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support
decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and
timeliness.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial growth
and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a
high-performing and cohesive environment.
- Evaluate financial performance and present findings to
executive leadership.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education or Experience
(in years):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar
role.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Additional
Skills (preferred but not required):
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.).Knowledge and
skills:
- Understanding of financial statements (income statement,
balance sheet, cash flow statement).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis,
modeling, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with financial software and databases.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI,
etc.).REPORT TO: Director of FinancePay Range: $40-$50 per
hourCompensation for this position will be determined by a number
of factors, including the skills, education, training, credentials,
and experience of the candidate. Our full-time Consultants have
