This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to become a leader in the subspecialty of Veterinary Orthopedics!--What We Offer:--Competitive Pay: $25--- $35/hour based on skill assessment and anesthesia experience.--$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for licensed candidates with advanced anesthesia skills!--A Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a work-life balance with 3-day weeks (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) and rotating Saturdays every 4 weeks.--Your Role: As a key member of our orthopedic team, you'll:--Guide clients and patients through their visits, working closely with Dr. Joel Alsup and Dr. Sean Aiken to ensure exceptional care.--Participate in patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and cutting-edge procedures.--Master anesthesia, sedations, and surgical protocols, including scrubbing in on life-changing orthopedic surgeries.--Serve as a patient advocate, providing compassionate care and ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay.--What We're Looking For:--At least 2 years of veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting.--Bonus points if you're a CVT, LVT, or VTS!--Strong anesthesia monitoring skills, radiographic technique knowledge, and a passion for delivering top-tier patient care.--An ability to work both independently and within a team, with a dedication to maintaining a positive, supportive hospital culture.--Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.About Us: At Boston West, we believe in empowering our team members through ongoing education, collaboration, and a commitment to professional growth.
