Join our team at Aspen HIll Rehab as a MDS Coordinator at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Haverhill!Hours: Full TimePrevious exp in SNF and MDS RequiredResponsibilities of MDS Coordinator:Ensure timely and accurate MDS assessments.Verify compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.Supervise MDS data entry and transmission.Resolve issues with data and validation.Prepare and present reports to the Director of Nursing (DON).Provide feedback and address operational concerns.Participate in facility surveys and audits.Assist with audit responses and maintain regulatory compliance.Stay updated on Medicare and Medicaid regulations.Support MDS-related quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine requiredGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN, or LPN)Current/active RN licenseMinimum 3 years clinical experience in long-term carePrior MDS/RAI experienceStrong clinical assessment skillsKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulationsBenefits for MDS Coordinator:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefitsAspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is part of Marquis Health Services, one of the Northeast's leading providers of Post-Acute Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Care.
