Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Specialist 2 to investigate
suspected fraudulent transactions and enhance fraud prevention
efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate customer transactions using open source intelligence to
identify fraudulent activity
Review alerts and referrals of unusual activity to make SAR/No SAR
decisions across multiple business lines
Manage an assigned caseload of disputes while exceeding established
Key Performance Indicators and providing customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Business, Finance, or equivalent
experience
Three or more years of relevant professional work experience
Prior experience in fraud or claims investigations
Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Google Suite,
Excel, and other relevant software
Knowledge of BSA and fraud investigation frameworks is highly
desirable
