We also offer financial savings programs to help you plan for your future. -Join us and see what empowerment can do.Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities Include ---- Develop and maintain a sales growth plan that includes mapping to the appropriate Microsoft -resources, prospect into Account Team and Specialist Team units to build relationships, manage -sales opportunities for NetApp's data management offerings, create a sales pipeline and deliver -a revenue forecast to NetApp Cloud Data Services leadership.--- Adaptable to a culture of accountability; build a strong and active business network; meets sales -targets and operational standards.--- Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, -stakeholder and executive communication needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner -engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management, and large dollar licensing and -deal negotiation.--- Experience and expertise selling large cloud deals to senior business decision makers in the Financial Services Industry - Capital Markets, by aligning -and reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer's overall business pain and/or strategic -opportunities and decision criteria.--- Ability to solve customer problems with the Azure cloud platform, specifically solutions related -to new internal LOB apps and external facing apps, migration to cloud, Hybrid cloud, datacenter -infrastructure modernization, along with knowledge of enterprise and competitive cloud -solutions.--- Lead Co-Sell sales efforts with Microsoft to drive incremental Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) into whitespace and -expansion accounts.--- Nurture and develop relationships in client teams for both Microsoft and NetApp. You will drive -awareness and education for NetApp's Azure services to land new customers and expand -existing.--- Background in working at Microsoft Intelligent Cloud or having a measurable experience in -working with Microsoft in their Financial Services Industry segment.--- Bring a reliable network into Microsoft in the territory, so that you can build quick success.--- Broad understanding/experience to sell PaaS and SaaS cloud services, how to create and -execute against a Go-To-Market Strategy for consumption-based services.--- Tenacity and drive with a goal-driven mindset acting as CEO of your own territory.Education

  • minimum of 7-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 -years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent experience. - Fluent English written and spoken is a must.Compensation:
    The target salary range for this position is 275,740 - 356,840 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
