Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Consultant: Student Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed recruitment and retention KPIs
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective students, identifying their needs and goals
Drive enrolment conversions by nurturing leads and managing a pipeline of students

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher is highly regarded
1-2 years of experience in student enrolment, telemarketing, contact centre, or a similar sales environment
Proven relationship-building and sales skills
Consultative sales techniques and a results-driven mindset
Energetic, fast learner, and collaborative team player
