Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Specialist, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business.What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Specialist

• Obsess over best in class customer journeys and experiences that drive business performance metrics
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to inform strategic decisions that enhance both user satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Use critical thinking to solve problems that do not have clear or documented resolution paths
• Maintain a deep understanding of internal and external capabilities and how they can be leveraged to optimize merchandising strategies
• Leverage a deep understanding of the sports betting industry to evaluate competitive strengths and weaknesses, with specific focus on bet placement, market offerings, and product features
• Work closely with Trading, Product, and Operations teams to optimize and evolve the sportsbook betting experience.
• Act with autonomy and authority in making medium impact decisions on issues without escalation
• Mentor and guide team members by sharing expertise and insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solvingWhat you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • 2+ years experience working in the online sports betting industry or business performance role
  • Well organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
  • Proven ability to understand the customer and be an advocate.
  • You're a data-driven and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.
  • Analytical skills and an ability to generate insights from campaign results and use these to inform future plans.
  • Experience with A/B testing and knowledge/willingness to learn SQL, HTML, and other analytics tools
  • Knowledgeable sports fan with strong written and oral communication skills
