HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Manchester, New Hampshire.Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: TravelMust have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  
  - Knowledge of anatomy and pathology with ability to recognize normal from abnormal findings
  
  - Basic scanning skills with good understanding of sonographic physics and techniques
  
  - Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting- with some exposure to general, vascular, & OB-GYN sonography
  
  Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  
  - Additional certifications: RVT, OB-GYN, AB
  
  - Experience in the OR and with ultrasound procedures
  
  - 1 year of experience beyond education
  
  List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
  
  - Thoras, paras, FNAs (thyroids, parotids, lymph nodes), soft tissue masses or lymph node BXs, liver & renal BXs, drainages (abscesses, cysts, hematomas, gallbladders), thrombin injections, etc
  
  - OR- breast needle placements, carotids, D&Cs, prostate BXs

  REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
  
  - BLS, RDMS, NH MIRT Licensure
  
  Floating Area(s):
  
  - Opportunities for extra shifts within the dept. If Breast ultrasound desired- BCC may have opportunities
